Problem Analysis:The phototherapy adhesive is applied too thickly, resulting in the UV light not penetrating the top layer and the inner layer not hardening.
Therapeutic Approach:Wipe off the floating glue with 95% alcohol, or just use a sander to remove the photofinish glue and reapply a thinner layer of glue.
