Need to make a return? We understand that you may have changed your mind and wish to return a product. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on any unused unopened items. Unfortunately due to health reasons we cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened. Please start a return via the link above. Upon receipt of the returned items and review of their intact and resellable condition we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the items less a $3.50 restocking fee. Please note that all shipping expenses for returns are your responsibility and refunds extend to the purchase price of the products only. Refunds cannot be given for original shipping expenses.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are of the highest quality. All products go through a rigorous quality inspection prior to being approved to ship. In the rare instance that a defective product has been shipped, you must notify BQAN within 7 days of receipt via email by sending photos of the defective products and packaging to bqanshaosai@gmail.com. Step by Step:
-1. Shape the nail. Lightly buff the surface of the nail plate. Sanitize.
-2. Apply a base coat of foundation from the cuticle to the free edge (Remember to seal the edge of the nail). Cure the nails under the LED light for 10 seconds or a UV light for 2 minutes.
-3. Apply the color base you like to the nail. Cap-free edge. Cure: 30 seconds in LED Lamp, or 2 minutes in UV lamp.
-4. Apply the crackle gel, wait for the air to dry until the crackle appears.
-5. Apply a top coat. Cap-free edge. Cure:30 seconds in LED lamp.
-6. Remove the tacky residue on nails with the cleanser. Then, apply nourish cuticle oil to rehydrate moisture into the cuticle and the skin surrounding the nail.
To Remove:
-1. Soak off the nails into acrylic remover for about 5 minutes.
-2. Rip down the whole piece of nail enamel gently on each nail.
Caution:
1.The volume is 7ml. Since the capacity of the bottle is more than 7ml, the nail gel will be not fully filled with the bottle!
2.Keep tightly sealed. Keep out of sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
