2. Q: Where and when will you ship if I make an order?

A: We guarantee to ship out the item from China with 2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?

A: Usually we use DHL,UPS, FedEx,epacket,China post and so on. Generally the delivery time will be 5-40days according different shipping method.

4. Q: Which payment can I use?

A: Currently we support Paypal, visa credit card.

5. Q: Could you print my own logo in product?

A：Yes, we can print clients own logo but it needs reach a certain quantity.

6. Q: Could I return the item after I get?

We want to make sure you are happy with our item. If for any reason you wish to return the item, contact us within 15 days from the delivery date and we will give you a full refund or exchange. Only unused, undamaged and original condition item can be qualified for a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us.

Nail Art Burshes' Maintenance General Knowledge

1. The painting brushes can be cleaned with the water immediately after painting with water-based pigment, but if it is long time hardening water-based pigmetn or oil color, then you must use brush cleaner to make it clean.
2. Washing the brushes with special makeup cleaner, then sucking water by dry towel.
3. Shaping the brushes hair into an ideal form,put if flat on the shade and air drying.
4. Don't dry it with blow dryer, avoid pulling and cutting brushes hair.
5. It wouldn't affect brushes usage if there is slight depliation phenomenon.
